All our measuring instrument, spring tester and temperature controllers are calibrated periodically.

At Arihant Spring Industries Quality consciousness has been of prime importance.  The quality control measures are initiated right from the raw-material selection till dispatch of the spring in following ways.

• By studying your drawing or samples of the springs, the frictional tolerances on loads, rate and both outside and inside diameters.
• Segregation of raw-materials based on specifications and end applications of the springs.
• Sample making and inspection and sample delivery to confirmation or approval.
• On line inspection and process control.
• Batch / sample inspection of production.
• Internal inspection reports for every  batch consisting of dimensional specifications and load deflection characteristics

 

We are supported by our out sourcing laboratories which are capable of all physical, chemical and other metallurgical test to ensure that our end product conform to our customers requirement.

CNC Compression / Tension load testing machine :

Our loads testing is supported by two CNC testing machine in the range for compression and tension spring from 0.002 kgs to 300.00 kg and the testing range of torsion and spiral spring is 0.02 kgf/meter to 20.00 kgf/meter (and 9999.0 degree and the accuracy range is of 0.01 % ± )

Rock well cum superficial hardness tester :

 
In the hardness testing range, we are supported by Rock well cum superficial hardness tester.

 

Endurance test :

 

We are supported with self design of multi used Endurance Testing machine for all types or spring.

 

Self Designed Torque Testing Machine : 

 

We are supported with self designed torque testing machine having range upto 30 kgf/cm.  It is designed in such a manner that it can be easily carried to customer unit.It is generally used for brush spring and small Torque spring  testing

Shaker Hearth Furnace :  We are supported with a sophisticated heat treatment plant Shaker Hearth Furnace In which Endothermic atmosphere is created resulting spring are not decarb ( without oxidation ) and without deform and achieving excellent blue finish and very uniform and smooth microstructure resulting spring getting high ductility and endurance life. This furnace used for high carbon spring i.e. spiral spring, brush spring, spring washer, circlips, dowel pins, nut, bolt and  EN Series  Strips parts and clips

For effective catering to our clients for their ever-growing requirements of the industrial springs, we come with a spacious storage unit. Our warehousing facility is located in Mumbai. This environmentally controlled storage unit is able to store bulk amount of products. For packaging our products, we use effective packing techniques and materials. This ensures safe transit of metal springs to any destination worldwide.
